How to Cancel
- Go to the billing dashboard.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.
- If you have more than 3 hosts, remove hosts to fit the Free limit before the change takes effect.
- Historical data is trimmed to the Free tier’s 24-hour retention window once you’re on the Free tier.
Reactivating Your Subscription
Upgrade again from the billing dashboard whenever you want. Your hosts and configuration are preserved.
