How to Cancel
- Go to the billing dashboard.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account moves to the Free plan.
- Your hosts are not removed. Hosts beyond the Free limit of 3 are paused, and your 3 oldest stay active. A paused host resumes when you upgrade or remove older hosts. New hosts can’t be added while you have 3 or more.
- Historical data is trimmed to the Free tier’s 24-hour retention window once you’re on the Free tier.
Reactivating Your Subscription
Upgrade again from the billing dashboard whenever you want. Your hosts and configuration are preserved.
