Viewing and Downloading Invoices

VordFleet uses Stripe to handle billing. All invoices are available through the Stripe customer portal.

Accessing Your Invoices

1. Go to the billing dashboard.
2. Click Manage Subscription.
3. In the Stripe portal, click Billing history.

Each invoice shows the billing period, number of hosts, per-host rate, and total amount.

Invoice Details

Each monthly invoice includes:

• Subscription line items — Your host count for the period at your plan’s per-host rate
• Prorated charges — Partial-period charges for hosts added mid-cycle
• Credits — Prorated credits for hosts removed mid-cycle, and from a plan change made mid-period
• Tax — Applicable sales tax based on your billing address

Downloading Invoices

From the Stripe billing history:

1. Click the invoice you want to download.
2. Click Download invoice or Download receipt.
3. The invoice downloads as a PDF.

Updating Billing Information

To update your payment method or billing address, click Update payment method in the Stripe portal. Changes take effect on your next invoice.
