VordFleet uses Stripe to handle billing. All invoices are available through the Stripe customer portal.
Accessing Your Invoices
- Go to the billing dashboard.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, click Billing history.
Each invoice shows the billing period, number of hosts, per-host rate, and total amount.
Invoice Details
Each monthly invoice includes:
- Subscription line items — Base charges for your plan
- Usage adjustments — Prorated charges for hosts added or removed mid-cycle
- Credits — Any prorated credits from downgrades
- Tax — Applicable sales tax based on your billing address
Downloading Invoices
From the Stripe billing history:
- Click the invoice you want to download.
- Click Download invoice or Download receipt.
- The invoice downloads as a PDF.
Updating Billing Information
To update your payment method or billing address, click Update payment method in the Stripe portal. Changes take effect on your next invoice.
