Change your plan at any time from the billing portal.
How to Upgrade
- Go to the billing dashboard.
- Click Upgrade.
- Select your new plan.
- Enter payment details if you haven’t already.
- Confirm the upgrade.
Your new plan takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
How to Downgrade
- Go to the billing dashboard.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, select the plan you’d like to downgrade to.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your existing features remain active until then.
What Happens to Your Data
When downgrading from Pro to Free:
- Hosts beyond the 3-host limit become inactive (they stop reporting)
- Historical data beyond 24 hours is no longer accessible (but not deleted for 60 days)
- Extra fleets are archived
Upgrade again to reactivate everything.
